5. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service displays event, place, and social content sourced from third parties. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, links, or external sites.

6. Communications

By creating an account, you agree we may send service-related emails (account, security, content you submit). If you opt in, we may also send the weekly "best events in your area" newsletter. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email or in your account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, software, and curated content (excluding User Content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your conduct harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of event/place information.

10. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
